1. Who are Welsh Villas?
Welsh Villas offers a small, handpicked collection of four holiday homes in Wales — three seaside escapes in Prestatyn with excellent sea access, and one large countryside retreat in Llangollen. We specialise in properties for families, couples, and larger groups, with a focus on comfort, cleanliness, and great locations.
2. How do I book a Welsh Villas property?
You can book directly through our website or via trusted booking partners such as Airbnb, Booking.com, or Sykes Cottages. You will always get the best price when you book directly with us, along with more flexible arrangements and direct communication.
3. What types of holiday homes do you offer?
Our portfolio includes:
- Beachside – seaside property in Prestatyn with excellent sea access, sleeping up to 10 guests.
- Beachway – coastal home in Prestatyn with excellent sea access, sleeping up to 8 guests, with an optional hot tub (additional cost).
- The Beach House – large seaside property in Prestatyn with excellent sea access, sleeping up to 15 guests, perfect for larger groups.
- Our large Llangollen property – countryside retreat sleeping up to 16 guests, with an optional hot tub (additional cost).
4. Are your properties suitable for large groups?
Yes. Our large Llangollen property sleeps up to 16 guests, and The Beach House sleeps up to 15, making them ideal for family gatherings, reunions, or group holidays. Beachside and Beachway are perfect for smaller groups or multiple families travelling together.
5. What’s included in my stay?
All properties come with:
- Fresh bed linen and towels
- Fully equipped kitchens
- Free Wi-Fi
- Heating and hot water
- Basic cleaning supplies

Please request this when booking so we can prepare it for your arrival.
6. Do you allow pets?
Yes — all our properties are pet-friendly. Your first dog stays for free, and additional dogs are charged at £50 each. Please let us know when booking if you’ll be bringing pets.
7. What is the check-in and check-out time?
- Check-in: from 5:00 PM
- Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Where possible, we’ll try to be flexible — please let us know in advance if you need alternative times.
8. What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy depends on the booking platform you use. If you book directly with us, please check the terms sent with your booking confirmation. For third-party bookings, refer to the provider’s cancellation terms.
9. How do I contact you during my stay?
You’ll receive our contact details in your welcome email and in the property information pack. If anything isn’t right, please reach out to us immediately — we can resolve most issues quickly and at no extra cost to you.
10. What are the best things to do in Prestatyn and Llangollen?
Prestatyn offers beautiful sandy beaches, coastal walks, the Roman Bath House, and nearby attractions such as Talacre Lighthouse.

11. Do you provide parking?
Yes — all properties have driveway parking. Some can accommodate multiple cars — please check the individual property listing for details.
