- Bathrooms: 3 in total, plus a handy cloakroom for busy mornings
- Pets: One dog stays free, with space for a second or third for a small supplement — because holidays are better with your four-legged friends
- Check-in: From 5:00pm — just in time for a beach walk before dinner
- Check-out: By 10:00am — giving you time for a relaxed breakfast and final stroll
- Parking: Off-road for 2 cars, plus additional roadside spaces if needed
- Bond: Damage protection: No bond payment is taken upfront for direct bookings. A payment card is securely registered when booking and will only be charged, up to £250, if damage or additional costs are identified after the stay, in accordance with our booking terms.

Super property, with everything anyone could need. Our group was 5 adults and a child and there was plenty of room for us all. We loved the short, safe walk to the beach. .
had a lovely time the house was just has it says we had plenty of room beds were comfy the older kids all had there own space everyone enjoyed there little break also the beach is lovely and very accessible couldn't fault it would go there again its 10 out of 10 also we had a hamper which was a very nice touch thank you for the stay also letting us come in earlier than we should have really grateful thank you
We stayed here in January this year and the house is great. The house is really big, downstairs you have a living room, kitchen, dining room and conservatory. There was quite a storm in January which caused some damage in the garden but I contacted the maintenance team and they were straight out the next day to rectify everything. There is also a gate from the back garden leading out to paths that lead up to the beach. Overall this was a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend. If you have a big family, like we do, it's great everyone had their own space and there was plenty of space for us all to get together too.
We had a wonderful time staying at Beachside. The house is spacious, the beds and rooms are comfortable and the location is amazing. Walk out the garden through the gate, 2 mins and you're on a beautiful beach. Excellent for evening kite flying and sunsets. We didn't have amazing weather unfortunately, but I'd imagine if you had a sunny week, you'd be on there all the time. The location of the house is great for day trips to pretty much anywhere in North Wales. Prestatyn town is small and quaint. Highly recommend Tu Mundo for breakfast, lunch and delicious cake.
We returned for our second holiday here. Can't fault anything. The house is spacious and so close to the beach, just through a gate in back garden and only a few minutes walk to the beach. The beds are so comfy. A wonderful welcome hamper on arrival. We had another great holiday
We found the beachside to be in a perfect location in a very quiet neighbourhood with the beach on our back doorstep with no roads to cross so was perfect for our 9yr old and our dog , we found the house to be beautifully decorated and fitted throughout with everything we needed for our stay , it was definitely set up as a home from home , there was great walks along the beach and sand dunes for our dog so he had a ball too and slept well , the beds were very comfortable so we had no problem sleeping as well , all in all we had a great holiday helped with having a nice house to return to every day , I couldn't recommend the house or its location to the beach highly enough and when we return to North Wales then we will definitely be looking to see if the beachside is available.
